COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL
Pampered Paws by Beth appreciates the opportunity to continue serving our clients with pet sitting services during this worldwide health crisis. We are open and operating with utmost safety in mind while we pet sit for you.
Please be aware that I always carry hand sanitizers, but to ensure that I leave your residence clean and virus free, take note of these procedures:

It is imperative that you inform Pampered Paws by Beth if anyone in your home has tested positive for Covid-19 within the fourteen days prior to our scheduled first visit. You may inform me by email, text, or phone ASAP. For obvious reasons, this may impact continuation of service.
During these uncertain times, I highly recommend having a neighbor, friend, or relative available in the unlikely event I am unable to care for your pet (s) or if there is someone in your household who has tested positive for Covid-19.
Immediately upon entering your home, I will wash my hands as per the guidelines set forth by the CDC. I will use only paper towels to dry hands. Please leave hand soap and paper towels. No hand or dish towels, please.
At the end of each visit, I will wash hands again. Using fresh paper towels, I will wipe down light switches, door knobs, etc., as I exit your home. If you prefer, leave antibacterial wipes in an easily identifiable location.
I will always wear a mask whenever in your home.
For everyone’s safety, I will make contact with surfaces only as needed to for your pet(s)’care.
If I am to pick up keys at the front desk, I ask that I be allowed to keep the keys for the full reservation and drop them back off at the front desk after the last visit. This will limit possible exposure that might occur with continued front desk interaction.
No other people (housekeeper, friend, etc.) should be present in the home during a visit. Please advise in advance if a housekeeper or anyone else will present so I can plan accordingly. In the event a roommate will be present during the duration of a reservation, we will not be able to accommodate your reservation at this time.
I have been avoiding close contact with people known to be ill whether or not that person is confirmed to be suffering from the virus or not. By following these guidelines, we will all help insure everyone’s continued health and safety.
Thank you for your cooperation. Let me assure you I look forward to the day when these steps will no longer be necessary and all our lives may return to normal.
