PET SITTING POLICIES
Payment is due on or before the first date of service. For new clients and federal holiday reservations, payment is due at the time of booking. We accept cash and Venmo.
We understand your plans may change, and we try to be flexible with you. However we are a business and if we reserve the date for you that means we do not make other plans for that time and\or possibly turn away other pet sitting jobs.
The following Cancellations Apply:
Non Holiday Periods: cancellations made 48 hours or less: 2 Visits are required.
Holiday Dates: must be cancelled at least 1 week (7 days) prior to first visit.
3-5 Days: 2 Visits are required at the full holiday rate.
2-1 Day: Full Payment is required for all visits reserved at the full holiday rate.

Additional Service (*Extra Charge):
Medications & Treatments: $10 extra per day
Holidays: $10 extra per day
Holidays: 4th of July weekend | Thanksgiving | Christmas Eve & Christmas Day | New Year's Eve & New Year's Day | Memorial Day weekend | Labor Day weekend | Easter
Key Policy: We ask that clients provide a set of keys to Pampered Paws By Beth at the time of their new client consultation or for existing clients, special arrangements. We recommend that we keep your keys for future services. If you prefer for your keys to be dropped off after completion of services, there will be a $10 key drop-off fee. We cannot pick up or leave a key under your mat or hidden outside your residence.
Vet Emergency: If your pet requires medical attention during your absence, we will make every effort to notify you before approving veterinary care. If we are unable to reach you, your emergency contact will be notified. You are fully responsible for payment and/or reimbursement for veterinary services and transportation upon your return.
